Abbie and Alex have over 20 years combined of experience in the construction and design industry, both locally and abroad. But, let’s be honest, Abbie’s running this show. They function as a team to provide their clients with the highest levels of knowledge, expertise and service their transactions require.
Abbie’s experience with building and remodeling homes is deep: as a teenager, she regularly swung a hammer on houses her dad was building, and she was employed working construction in San Francisco when she arrived shortly after the dot-com bust and her anticipated career path got put on hold.
While Abbie has worked on homes built from the studs up and does an exceptional caulking job on interior trim, more important than those skills is her strength in managing the details of schedules, transactions, and working with outside parties.
When Abbie returned to Port Townsend, she joined the team at (then) Little & Little Construction. In 2006, Abbie opened Kitchen & Bath Studio for Bob Little, with a concentrated focus on the design and remodel business.
It was through their own interest in remodeling homes (and finding available homes in their price range) that Abbie found passion in the real estate market. (For the better part of a decade, Abbie has perused the MLS for fun!)
Abbie and Alex both come from families of local business owners - both of which are still vibrant today. They understand that doing business in a small town requires integrity, honesty, and fairness.
Abbie & Alex Little were both raised in Port Townsend (they met in Kindergarten). They have chosen to raise their family in this gorgeous and culturally rich area because it represents the community-focused lifestyle they desire.
Abbie and Alex are the proud parents of Asher (10) and Anya (3) - as a family, they’re affectionately referred to as the A-Team.
As much as Alex loves building and real estate, he has found a new passion. Alex is regularly putting out actual fires; he’s a firefighter with the Tacoma Fire Department.
In her free time (which is approximately 10 seconds per day), Abbie makes killer Brazilian cheese bread, a carryover from spending a year in Brazil as an exchange student. She also speaks Portuguese and Spanish. She’s happy to accommodate your multi-lingual and/or snacking needs. :)
